they aren’t, but most if not all of the people hurt or killed in this were not part of this. this goes for every civilian who’s been bombed in that region, not just israel and especially not just israel. the atrocities they’ve committed and are committing are unforgivable war crimes. but the people getting hit in response aren’t the attackers. israel is in the wrong here. by no stretch of the imagination are they the victims. however it’s fucked up that there are people genuinely celebrating

I don’t want any innocent people hurt. More than Israel is getting hit, Israel’s continued to murder and starve Gazans while they started a war with Iran. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt of picking a random picture, but that’s absolutely how Israeli propaganda works. In the midst of all the evil they’re doing - “omg look how evil these other people are, hurting children smh”

And you’re right, it is fucked up to celebrate suffering. It was fucked up that Israelis have been celebrating and mocking the suffering in Gaza for the last two years - the IDF with their selfies, and Israeli citizens with the TikTok’s and watch parties

i wasn’t calling iran any more evil than anyone else. i was pointing out that amidst their fucked up celebration of innocent lives being taken, the people they claim to be in support of are also being hit. and they treat that like propaganda rather than an actual concern
