I’m no lawyer but something tells me that creating AI child porn is NOT and should NOT be protected under free speech laws. I don’t think this is as slippery a slope as you think it is. And if that’s why those 4 republicans voted no on the bill, man. Someone needs to investigate them and their computers right now.
