Yeah it’s to stop the Iranian propaganda machine that is trying to further radicalize Iranian citizens. This is a pretty good idea considering the end game is probably the overthrowing of the Iranian government and after that you don’t want an entire countries population to be easily susceptible to being recruited by Islamic extremist groups

You are delusional. The Iranian people support the west and are degraded and restrained by their Shia government. The Iranian people want to be liberated and anyone who is Iranian will tell you that. Nobody supports the government
