like it genuinely feels like a scare tactic because it shines all over the sides of houses and is blindingly bright, especially in the middle of the night. i understand why they’re so bright, i just feel like they should have a lower level after they’ve pulled someone over because there’s genuinely no reason they should stay that bright if the person is already stopped

I have astigmatism and I would become a road hazard if I encountered a police car with lights flashing at night
