Nobody will, because everyone knows what happened. Everyone knows what happens if you do it just like he did. That’s why everyone who was challenged to do it half-assed it on TikTok and such. If you’re gonna do the salute, do it with your chest, don’t pussy out on it.

I think his point isn’t that it’s ok to do the Nazi salute. It’s that the same hand motion was used to mean “my heart goes out to all of you” and neither one is really worthy of note. In other words, the entire argument is stupid.
