Obama has done things trump has done. He deported millions of illegal immigrants. “Ripped people away from their families” as some people would say.

I’m not going to sit here and defend Obama, he was a war criminal who bombed a wedding and yes he did tear people away from their families. My argument here is that the GOP lets Trump desecrate the office of President and destroy the constitution despite claiming for years that was what Obama was doing

God the Obama deportation lie needs to die. Obama didn’t do a purposeful policy of family separation, Trump did, Obama didn’t invoke the enemies aliens act to take people away to a concentration camp in another country without due process, Obama didn’t deport people who were legally here bc they gave an opinion he didn’t like.

Yeah. He only deported them bc they are illegal. Just like trumps doing. What due process are you talking about? Illegal immigrants aren’t citizens, deportation is the due process. Also, idk what you mean by occupying American cities. He’s using the military to extract illegals. Which is well within his right. They aren’t citizens, so they need to go.

The 14th amendment gives due process to “people” not “citizens”. No Obama purposely focuses on 1. People who just arrived and were illegal and 2. People who were criminals and illegals. He wasn’t going after everyone like Trump is. The Obama admin also had a policy of not deporting people if they were the primary caretaker of a minor. No that’s not the point of the military being there.

The military can’t do law enforcement if it’s being federalized that’s a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act. That’s the law that Trump is currently trying to undermine.
