This is…questionable. Usually, whistleblower testimonies include more about the whistleblower’s background to establish their credibility. The date format used in most of this is non-American which is odd and along with the tendency to use bullet points and numbered lists, makes me think at least part of this could be written by AI. Congress doesn’t just issue a request for a response from the director of the CIA because any random guy submitted whistleblower testimony. There are likely documents and other pieces of evidence we don’t see in this letter simply because it’s a request for a response. They can’t reveal all their cards at the same time, plus I have a hard time believing Congress would issue something like this over somebody they couldn’t even confirm was who they said they were
