To be fair “upper middle class” in NY is like $200k a year because cost of living is so high 😂. Which is legitimate- it’s extremely difficult to live in NYC for cheap. Especially in like. manhattan

Middle class is made up anyway. If you work for a living you’re working class. The whole “middle class” thing is an attempt to divide working people. We all have way more in common with each other and have much closer together incomes and with the owner class.
