You have to be ARRESTED to go to court and have due process, undocumented means you are not following proper legal proceedings, that “civil” penalty is still breaking the law and the punishment is deportation, the evidence is that you don’t have papers

1. Due process is for all persons 2. Not all undocumented immigrants entered illegally 3. “Improper entry” is a civil penalty. 4. Criminal law & civil law are not the same. Most notably, they have different standards of evidence.

This is just blatantly not true and generalizing. I’m sure SOME of them do, but they are literally not legally registered to PAY taxes. These people are often underpaid and abused for their labor.
