He is going to, albeit legally the only thing it will likely amount to is increased scrutiny for trans people taken in as suspects for crimes. Not saying that isn’t bad, but legally there’s only so much you can do when declaring a group of people as domestic terrorists

yea he did for antifa for sure, but he labeled trans people as like nihilistic violent extremists - apparently this also meant for government agencies that people who support trans causes get flagged and being close with someone whos flagged gets you flagged for potentially being an nve. i cant find for certain what this means, but its an fbi counterterrorism designation, which.... youd do counterterrorism to groups you consider terrorists
