US Politics on Yik Yak | Obviously the people who want to cut funding for LGBTQ youth, most importantly suicide prevention, have never struggled with suicide. I’m also willing to bet they view transgenderism as a mental illness, but don’t see depression as a valid mental illness.

Thank you for letting me know that. I was unaware of the difference as I’ve not met many people who are trans. The downside of living in a non-diverse area. I’m not as aware of the happenings of the trans community as I am in my own. Please let me know if I misspoke.
