maybe the CIA but all associated wallets to his have remained dormant and i don’t see them just letting those sit for 15 years considering how much liquidity is there even still that’s just a way for them to wash money, not for the fed to use as a new fiat currency

My theory is that it’s so the Fed can actually accelerate mass opinion away from cash and toward all-digital currency. I know it’s tinfoil hat shit but that’s the way things are going rn
