All it takes here is when the “rich” people finally wake up and see that they’re fucking poor, too. We have this hilarious social stratification here where people making $60k think they’re millionaires because the entire state is fucking decrepit other than, like, 20 families.

Well, Arkansas has historically been a Democratic-voting state, thanks to the KKK. It’s only been red since 2000ish. I spent all summer warning my (soybean farming) family that they will not have buyers for their shit if we have a trade war with China. In February, our buyer terminated the contract to go with a stable Brazilian supplier.
