shit take Any nation is going to look at the past few years of Israel-related foreign policy and go “huh, anyone with nukes Can actually do whatever they want, can’t they” But you can’t be obvious about it like Iran so the conclusion is “hey we should do this already-proven strategy of just publicly being ambiguous about it. its not like people don’t know Israel has nukes, people just don’t say the quiet part out loud. Benefits Israel this way too, because otherwise there’s no point in having them until you use them, which nobody really wants* so this way they keep the implied threat but don’t get quite as many political issues out of it *outside of a few people, like that one politician that wanted to nuke Gaza
