No aspect of our lives are silent anymore. They play music in nearly every public setting, you use some technology or listen to music when you’re alone. When do you make time for silence

do u wanna try breath work? it helps a lot with mine if if breathe in as much as i can, hold it a couple seconds, then breathe out slowly (focusing on how it feels when the air passes) and hold 3 counts, then breathe again

Yea I’ve been trying box breathing which is 4 seconds but 3 is better tbh. I was seconds away from being hit by a car going 40 mph with his lights off the other day and having some kind of delayed reaction to it
