do u wanna try breath work? it helps a lot with mine if if breathe in as much as i can, hold it a couple seconds, then breathe out slowly (focusing on how it feels when the air passes) and hold 3 counts, then breathe again

Yea I’ve been trying box breathing which is 4 seconds but 3 is better tbh. I was seconds away from being hit by a car going 40 mph with his lights off the other day and having some kind of delayed reaction to it
