These barracks look nearly identical to the housing we had at Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti. If that’s the standard, does that mean the U.S. military has been operating under fascism too?

I 100% know that you have no clue what’s happening in the country.

You think someone who had to live in military barracks would have more empathy

I didn’t invoke military housing to dismiss suffering—I invoked it to challenge lazy symbolism. If we’re calling everything with rows of trailers “fascism,” we’re not showing empathy. We’re just flattening meaning.

I think the fascism aspect is forcing 1000’s of American immigrants to live in these with little resources or medical care

im a latino and my dad was deported before he came back legally. i understand the process better than you and have a better understanding of immigration laws than anyone in this echo chamber. baseless jabs at my ethnicity on an anonymous app and not addressing the core of my statement makes you look cool and cunty or whatever they call it to the echo chamber here, but to the masses you're just as shallow as the grave you'll be buried in

children usually have to be told when they're wrong, if not then we'd have people like you in charge of things
