No, the blame lies solely on pornography. The porn industry sexualizes and makes women out to be objects. If you insert something like that into a culture and it sticks words change meaning

That’s just not true. Take Christianity for example, in Christianity women are loved and highly praised. There are saints that are women. You say such things because you take a verse out of context or repeat the same talking points everyone else does. You know what religion actually treats women horribly and makes them unable to get an education? Shia Islam. In fact if we’re talking about the west? We should blame the pornography industry. They have no morals and turn women into sex objects.

Your verse is cherry picked out of context and 100% using words that wouldn’t make sense in a direct translation. For instance a biblical “slave” is VERY different from the modern usage. One the word slave didn’t exist back then and two passage of time

also you’re an idiot. i went to evangelical school for 4 years and catholic school for 8. i also took 2 bible history classes in college. if youre deadass claiming women were treated well in the early years of christianity the furthest your knowledge must go is sunday school and veggie tales
