I’m use to Zack Snyder’s cult uncle followers to hate every episode of Lanterns…now MAGA joined them for episode 3 since they committed the crime of acknowledging racism exists. Anyway watch Lanters it’s amazing

Lanterns has been good, I’m enjoying it. With the third episode, it’s good that we saw John’s backstory and it’s good that the show is addressing racism, Green Lantern comics in the past did a lot of work on tackling social issues. That being said, the episode itself was just boring. That’s not an indictment of them addressing racism, it’s addressing the specific writing of that specific episode.

A lot of times backstory episodes are like that. They left us on a cliff hanger with sinestro in episode 2 then went to a backstory episode. I wouldn’t say it was boring I’d say I wanted to find out what was happening in the main story

Agree to disagree, I just thought the episode was done poorly even though they addressed things they should’ve addressed. My one big issue with the show is it’s blatantly obvious they’re going with the gritty small-town mystery vibe because of budgetary issues, it’s not what they actually wanted to do. DC has been struggling financially the last few years
