That's an extreme comparison. Following the law is a good defense in 99% of cases. This is an extraordinary exception and you cannot personally decide when the law should be followed and when it shouldn't. You can engage in civil disobedience expect to be arrested which is legitimate and then plead your case that the law is unjust. But here we're talking about federal agents doing what they do. It's not clearly evil. It's arresting people who broke the law and entered the country illegally.
