Can we do something about the ADA and in particular reinforcing Pennsylvania workers rights policy further to include workers protections from fire at will policies?
I’m not entirely sure how the ADA is related but at-will employment needs to end, or we better normalize resigning with little to no notice

Oooooh ok, I see now. You’d of course be able to sue if you think you were fired because of a disability, but that obviously costs time and money so it would definitely be better to just get rid of at-will employment. I definitely see what you mean and support this
