 I think the best US President is Elias Boudinot. Signed the Treaty of Paris ending the Revolution, opposed slavery, supported Native American rights, religiously tolerant (big for the 1780s), and was childhood neighbors with Ben Franklin. Pretty spiffy

 FDR is underrated. I know people often rank him pretty high, but he is underrated even then. FDR > Washington, and the only president comparable is Lincoln.

I think it’s just kinda limited bc he was pre-constitution, and he was only in power for about a year, so he had amazing support / beliefs for his time, but in terms of actions, not much long term
