Pistor’s “Code of Capital” is a FANTASTIC read about how our legal system is actually engineered to ensure this outcome with certain types of property, and how this legal coding is one of the main ways the State upholds class stratification. I highly recommend it!

Yes and no. You can also just collect income from rent
