Teen pregnancy is awful because it creates so many challenges physically and socially for the mother and the resulting baby, but it’s definitely an issue better tackled by trying to avoid teens getting pregnant through education and resources, rather than throwing pregnant 16 year olds to the wolves and ruining their lives to make an example out of them
