1st amendment is used to protect your speech from being prosecuted. Not from other consequences. If you think those job-firings are wrong, sue those companies in civil courts. I do believe you will receive a buttload of money for compensation if you win the case.

the issue is the fact that the president pressured them into firing him. He abused his position as the head of the executive branch.

notice how these talk show hosts weren’t being fired like this until recently? both kimmel and colbert were known for criticizing trump and maga on live tv before but were never fired for it
