Crazy bc even if you changed the law to only allow citizens born here to hold them he still would. Also mf a brainiac holding his bachelors at 21, unless he didn’t take summer breaks and did summer classes.

Why isn’t it the same in other countries? For example, if a Mexican family travels to Germany for a 1 week vacation and the pregnant mother gives birth there, does the child automatically become German even if that is the only time they have ever been in the country? NO.

Because birthright citizenship is guaranteed by the 14th amendment. Other countries have different laws because they don’t follow the constitution of the United States. If you don’t like it, leave.
