Ngl the only outcome of the nyc mayoral debates is that I actually kinda like sliwa, at least for a Republican. I already liked Mamdani, that hasn’t changed. I already hated cuomo, that didn’t change. But sliwa he’s got some actual personality to him

I don’t think he’s evil just disconnected from reality a bit. Obviously what he’s proposing there is evil, but I don’t get the sense that it’s coming from a place of actual malice unlike trump yk
