
A degree does mean something, there’s a reason companies won’t touch anyone without it. It doesn’t get you a job on its own. So you were a contracted content moderator for tik tok. Oracle and Tik Tok aren’t mag 7. Additional Meta doesn’t have system admins they have enterprise or production engineers. The pool of candidates consists of masters and PHDs with years of experience. At least make your story believable
