The selfie with the ID is common with banks and crypto exchanges, I’m surprised a landlord asked for this. Not like they have anti-money laundering obligations 😭

biometrics / portraits are odd and unnecessary requirements for landlords. definitely objectionable. i'd review their use of your information OP
