So if you sneak into a country to avoid being killed or starving, you lose what are considered human rights in the constitution? And also, there was no such thing as illegal immigrants at the time the constitution was written and no where in the constitution or amendments. And our own current laws and regulations have stated that even illegal immigrants get due process.

justice system lets executive override to secure national safety, which this falls under. You can’t say the justice system is being defending when this is fully legal

Human rights means if you are escaping from an oppressive regime for you and your families safety, you shouldn’t be sent back to be killed or put in a concentration camp.

Imagine being jailed in your home country because you escaped from it “illegally” fleeing your country for your safety shouldn’t be illegal. If we in America can’t help house them, then you can make deals with other countries to make sure they still can live safely somewhere.
