The United States no longer has the industrial capacity to support the infrastructure for high speed rail. We would need to force industrial growth in the US for at least half a decade for it to be up for consideration. That’s what ya get outsourcing :)
Does the US have the infrastructure for high speed rails? Genuinely curious to why we havent even attempted besides California

It is, we used to be one of the strongest industrial juggernauts on this earth, now we can’t build cars without outsourcing parts to other countries and building them like LEGO sets here in the states
