I genuinely have an anti-vax uncle and NOTHING will change his mind. Ive explained to him how vaccines work and he still doesnt believe me unless he can see it with his own eyes. TAKE A MF FRESHMAN BIO CLASS THEN!! But nahh thats liberal brainwashing

He told me that “there’s no ‘real time’ evidence that shows a vaccines working” like that we cant watch with a camera how a vaccine works. I tried explained that immunostaining technology and the entire antibody-viral process is so heavily studied we basically can, but since he doesnt understand it so he doesnt believe it. What’s fucked is he doesnt even need to go to college, there’s online bio courses at this point that explain the fundamentals of vaccines mechanisms(CAUSE ITS FUCKIN SIMPLE).

there’s no changing peoples minds if they’re absolutely sure that they’re right, i have a dad like that, he’d rather believe the dumbest bullshit if it leans right, he literally thinks the earth is flat and there’s no changing his mind over it

Like with common sense you can understand why vaccines work, you dont need to be a doctor. It pisses me off that 1. He thinks vaccines are approved cause every part of the education system lies about how our bodies work 2. He refuses to take people word cause he thinks it’s liberal college propaganda and 3. He refuses to learn cause even that is ‘liberal college propaganda’ apparently
