Yea lots of drugs lol i remember that. Worth it tho, Baltimore and Hagerstown have life, man. Down in the sticks there’s no life and everyone is still strung out on drugs anyway. I haven’t had a unique meal from a restaurant in like a decade.

And you can also watch videos of the black students that he spoke to with the same amount of respect as any other. The only reason he is comparable to mlk is because they both died exercising their first amendment right in the name of politics. Any reasonable human being would agree that their missions were different

U can be racist and have black friends it’s happened to me multiple times. I’ve cut off multiple ppl because of their views of black ppl and their reasoning for being friends with me is “you’re one of the good ones.” After hearing about the way he spoke about black ppl I personally don’t think it’s comparable.

Also, I’m doing great! Hope ur doing well too! At work a mustang was brought in back in March and he’s been gaining so much weight and doing well in his training. We stopped training cause of his club foot but he’s gonna get a surgery to fix that. I recently got a new parrot because one passed and I’m possibly gonna be buying a donkey from my boss. I’m still trying to decide if it’s a task I should take on

Well, he said if he sees a black person doing a job, in this case flying a plane, he hopes they’re qualified. Charlie didn’t have a good grasp of what DEIA is and thought it was lowering standards for minorities in order to give them higher end jobs when that’s not what it is. It’s just stating you have to look at everyone’s qualifications no matter the race, ethnicity, gender, sex, disability, or if they’re a veteran or not. DEIA also makes certain things more available to ppl.-

-Hope this doesn’t sound weird, but I personally believe women should be able to have pads and tampons provided for them at work because you can’t control if you have a period or not. DEIA would ensure u have those products readily available to u. My college does this, women that go here don’t have to pay for tampons or pads because they can be found everywhere. The bathroom, a little store we have where ppl can get free items, the student provisions cabinet ect.

We also have a program for mentally disabled students. While they don’t get a degree they do earn a certification so they can work and they’re taught useful learn valuable work skills. We also have handicapped buttons in every building so that ppl in wheelchairs can get in and out. We also redid the sidewalks over the summer to ensure they can travel on campus easier

We had a program for black men on campus to ensure we had everything we needed in order to graduate college but because of the attack on DEI it was shut down this year but I’m currently in the process of starting a new program to help young men get through college. They don’t have to be black to join, but it’s still considered DEIA because we want to ensure they have everything they need to be successful. A safe space to talk, mentors, help with getting around, access to ppl who can tutor them.
