Any speech that promotes capitalism or portrays it in a positive light should be made illegal And if you say this is unconstitutional remember that this is exactly what the capitalists did during the Red Scare so there is legal precedent

Yeah while we’re stomping on the 1st Amendment let’s just do the 13th too since there’s legal precedent for it. Because legal precedent always means good

Sure, it is "legal precedent," but it is no longer settled law. Red Scare was in the era of the clear/present danger test for free speech exceptions; a test that SCOTUS no longer uses due to the rulings in Yates (67') and Brandenburg (69'). With that being said, your view that any speech which promotes capitalism should be unconstitutional is not a possible legal reality.
