Certain types of fireworks, I know in my state the ones that shoot up into the air can get you anywhere from like 2 weeks in jail to up to 4 years in prison depending on the quantity and any previous arrests for the same thing

Yes lol as someone who lives in NC, the whole state just flocks to the border of SC & NC bc that’s the closest place to be huge fireworks😭😭 tho it’s an easy crime to get away with depending on where u live
