The early warning signs one is interesting. Are they saying kids can have a physical response that indicates they’re scared or uncomfortable before they can actually process that they feel that way?

It’s essentially telling children to trust their “gut instincts” when they feel something is wrong physically. Those sort of psychosomatic symptoms.
