Yea golfing is not really exercise, it doesn’t keep your rate up or really strain your muscles enough to sustain bone density, it’s physically movement sure but you know he doesn’t walk those courses, this guy is gonna die bc of his life choices

Someone on here legitimately told me he’s super healthy because he golfs almost every day and therefore walks miles almost every day. I had to ask them whether they know that he uses a golf cart
