No I fully believe that there are kids with guns in Chicago, and that’s pretty bad, but also crime is still down, which means there used to be even more kids with guns, not that there are no more kids with guns at all.

I wanna know what kind of crime rate you think warrants federal takeovers of a city, and then I wanna ask you when in history any big city has had a crime rate that low. Like, people on the right are always talking like shit is newly bad in the bad part of town. I’m always seeing “New York is not New York anymore because of <murder in the news>!” when the murder rate was damn near double what it is now in the 1970s.

I mean most handguns are semi-auto I don’t even really know why #1 included that qualifier unless he knows nothing about guns or wanted to scare someone who knows nothing about guns. Like, your typical gun is a semi-auto. Would it be better if they had revolvers? No.
