If you kill anyone, the state rightly regards you as a criminal and a domestic terrorist. You are an enemy of a free and democratic state despite thinking that you are a protector of one.

People are complex. People can change. You're talking about beliefs people hold. And you're talking about making yourself the judge of whether someone's life is worthwhile or not. People experiment with all kinds of beliefs and wear many hats throughout their lives. And cant we show them that they're wrong? Maybe introduce them to a black friend, a jewish friend, maybe convince them that democracy and equality under law are better

I see what you mean but you obviously don’t know how or what Nazis actually think. It’s a cult built on simultaneously being the victim of usually racial or religious oppression, and being the all powerful and all good side of history. It’s a suspension of belief to usually murder minorities and regress society. I’m treating all Nazis the same, and if someone converts then by all means turn a new leaf and spread love but don’t think ANYONE will forget the fact that they were a nazi before

Tolerating intolerance is intolerance itself, if I owned a bar and let Nazis drink in it to “be inclusive” it would remove the safe space for the Jewish and Gypsy and queer and otherwise populations. If not allowing Nazis is the solution then what else can we do but stamp out senseless hate and fear of others that are different from us?

But when an ideology infringes on constitutionally guaranteed rights, that ideology can’t be supported for the sake of those rights. It trumps (lol) their rights to the ideology in the same way that cults that remove human rights are dispersed and investigated, you can’t guarantee rights by allowing the removal of said rights it’s pretty simple
