call me crazy but my belief at the most basic level is that people deserve to live a happy and healthy life with as little man made obstacles as possible. food, water, shelter, and medicine shouldn’t be out of reach, they aren’t privileges. they’re rights

we have all the resources to grant everyone this and then some. instead we choose for a small number of people to have so much money that they couldn’t spend it all in 5 generations. it is a harsh reality, but it’s not some innate state of the universe. this is a system we made and which we can and should unmake.
