I don’t think anyone really cared because we also immediately ended up in other conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza. Not that those were really his fault but it never really felt like we were done with war for any significant period of time

To his credit, pulling out of Iraq and then telling the media to go suck his nuts was kinda based.
