Your logic is so weak, while also failing to understand the true barriers in place to immigrating legally. The ONLY difference between legal and illegal immigration is just paperwork, nothing else. If the process and paperwork wasn’t designed to be intentionally bureaucratic, there would be significantly less “illegal” immigration. But rather, our immigration system is intentionally set up to be violent & inhumane, mainly so it can benefit corporations that profit off of cheap “illegal” labor
And these corporations KNOW that they are intentionally hiring undocumented workers, which they do intentionally because it means they can coerce and violate labor law against them (regular paychecks, minimum wage, benefits, etc.), and the second that any undocumented workers try to stick up for themselves, ICE will be called in (Perdue and Tyson meat plants are notorious for this)
The dual purpose of this is to intimidate other workers to stay silent, while also knowing there will always be plenty of other undocumented workers to pick from once they oust previous workers that advocate for better conditions. Oh, and child labor is also very common in these situations
