I’m not gonna sit here and analyze the quality of the photo. You have been proven to use photoshop in the past and it’s really not that hard to make a believable edit. As I’ve already stated, my doubts on the validity of the photo come solely from you being the source and the fact that you refuse to provide a timestamp proves my point further
