Habeus corpus for illegal immigrants (ie: people who are not citizens of our country). As for the press, it’s a different situation. Modern press is deeply flawed and is definitely one of the biggest contributors to the division in the nation. I think the current press (fox included) is not a friend of the people like it used to be. Joking about the third term, he literally joked that he would love to run against Obama, it’s satire. As for steve bannon, he is like a Noam Chonsky

Other recognized views I could include are Totalitarianism Theory, Palingenetic Ultranationalism, Elite Theory, Authoritarian Personality Theory, and Democratic Breakdown Theory, none of which treat capitalism as the cause of facism.

Stephen miller has never said he wanted habeus corpus abolished for citizens. Would love a link to where he said that. Alligator alcatraz has no sway on me considering how Obama/Biden and Clinton handled immigration detainment. And contrary to your belief, ICE is not just sent out with the task of “ask anybody you see that looks hispanic for their papers”. So in addition to all of my other points in the previous comment that you did not respond to with this comment of yours, this is not fascism
