They told citizens to leave before flights are sold out or cancelled. I think that means they’re not playing anymore. Idk what to make of the plane movements though. There was that one time where they only had the transponders on for loads of planes coming across the Atlantic and everyone saw, but they ended up launching the attack from Diego Garcia (south of India)
