Yes. Dems took trifectas in enough states to get that through. Will it happen is the actual question. I hope it does

Popular vote would not just stop 2016 but it would basically revolutionize the swing state stuff People would campaign in the places and or states with the most people

Not necessarily. It would mean they have to campaign everywhere to get every vote they can get
