oh and immigrants (including illegal immigrants)
hot take: i think drug users, criminals, lazy people, disabled people, unemployed people, single mothers and poor people should be able to have access to their basic needs

So close. 🤏🏾 undocumented persons is the correct phrase. But yes.

Illegal immigrants can access basic needs in their own country

I think you misunderstand how human rights work in our country versus other countries. But your choice of words tells me that.

I don't care why they came here, they intentionally broke our laws so they can get out

if it was a country’s law to murder all white people, would you be mad at people who decide not to comply with that law?

How is this moving the goalpost?

If it was white people coming to America illegally from Europe i'd say the same thing (but that very rarely happens so it's basically irrelevant)

u brought up that people can access basic needs in their own country, so i responded with a question to get u to consider why people leave, which is that the lack of access to basic needs being a major reason people leave their home countries. instead of addressing what i said, you moved the goalpost to just saying u don’t even want them here (a completely separate topic from social services for undoc immigrants or why they leave their home countries)

It happens at the same rate, #1 but there aren’t undocumented persons being kidnapped. At this point you’re rage baiting.

Requiring that people who come to the country go through the legal process with proper documentation is a just law. Killing all members of an ethnic group would be an unjust law

answer my question directly. i didn’t ask if you would support deporting white people who come here illegally. i asked if you’d be upset with people who refuse to comply with a country’s law to kill white people.

Kidnapping people and illegally sending them to countries they aren’t from or putting them in detainment camps is actually unjust.

btw visa overstays (including by white and european immigrants) are just as if not more common than people who cross the border

Show me proof that white people are illegally immigrated to the US at the same rate as nonwhite people, because that is total bs

dude answer the fucking question. would u believe that people who refuse to comply with that law are bad bc they are violating the law?

If they want to leave their countries they can go through the legal process to become a US citizen

OP, I already clearly told you that a law that says all members of any ethnic group will be murdered is a completely unjust law, so yes you should not comply with that. The fact that you even think this fantasy law is comparable to immigration laws just shows how much of a dimwit you are.

Deporting someone who came to the country illegally is not "kidnapping"

The amount of colored immigrants being illegally deported while actively in the legal process is astronomical, but you don’t actually care about that.

i didn’t say they are comparable laws. this hypothetical is to make the exact point u finally arrived to: breaking the law of a nation state doesn’t make you a bad person. which brings me to the main point: crossing an imaginary line does not take away someone’s humanity or their right to basic needs

So this is just factually incorrect, unauthorized immigrants from Mexico and Central America make up 68% of the unauthorized immigrant population. South America makes up 12%. Europe, Canada, and Oceania then make up 7% combined (Migration Policy Institute - Profile of the Unauthorized Population)
