Maybe some of the authoritarian right does think that way, I'm not an authoritarian regardless and I love shooting with my black brothas, but they aren't arguing that a modern law is historically akin to a black code in court so that it can pass Bruen and stay as the law. In fact, nobody is arguing that besides the anti gun lobby.
