In response to ICE raids protests appeared (some had property damage) and trump nationalized the federal guard and deployed the marines to deal with protestors, the court ruled trump had no right to do it as CAli didn’t ask him nor did it meet the level of necessity I believe. In response to the deployments people go more angry and violent, understandably so.
