There’s voluntary and involuntary manslaughter. Involuntary manslaughter is the act of killing someone without intent to kill. So like getting in an accident and you kill someone. Voluntary manslaughter would be like a person coming home, finding their partner cheating on them, and in a fit of rage without thinking they strike their partner with a heavy object and kill them.
