Why? Many politicians pass good laws. They are merely there to express voters interests anyways

I just hate politics. like obviously some laws need to be enforced but (esp at higher levels) it just feels depressing and/or meaningless to get involved

Did he though? By the time he killed himself, he must’ve been going through massive heroin withdrawal and who knows what else. We should thank drugs a little bit, I think.

If you think of politicians as trying to “help the country” you will inevitably hate them” but if you think of them as As a means to “represent constituents” their actions make a lot more sense democracy encourages them to represent Constituents.
